Braggs Liquid Aminos

  • Most bought condiments contain hidden sugar.
  • For an alternative salad dressing, try simple olive oil and lemon juice dressing or chopped fresh herbs.
  • Organic coconut aminos should be used instead of soy.
  • Look out for condiments that contain distilled vinegar as it should be avoided. Try making your own with apple cider vinegar instead.
VINEGAR All vinegars, except for Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Vinegar is a by product of a yeast culture. It pH level unbalances the stomach acidic environment.
  • Use apple cider vinegar as it actually fights yeast overgrowth.

Hi Ali: Regarding the mint studies…I just saw this on Suppversity…regarding the difference between mints effects on male and female rats…..Spearmint (M. spicata): At least in women spearmint tea has been shown to increase estrogen and luteinizing hormone in the follicular phase of their menstrual cycle (Aktodgan. 2007). In a 2004 study that was conducted on male rodents, on the other hand, the daily administration of peppermint tea (M. spicata) for a period of 30days lead to significant increases in luteinizing and follicle stimulating hormone and increases in serum testosterone, yet with the serious downside of “extensive degenerative changes in the germinal epithelium and spermatogenesis arrest compared with the findings in the testicular biopsies of the control group” (Aktogan. 2003) interesting for sure!

The most commonly used AAS in medicine are testosterone and its various esters (but most commonly testosterone undecanoate , testosterone enanthate , testosterone cypionate , and testosterone propionate ), [53] nandrolone esters (most commonly nandrolone decanoate and nandrolone phenylpropionate ), stanozolol , and metandienone (methandrostenolone). [1] Others also available and used commonly but to a lesser extent include methyltestosterone , oxandrolone , mesterolone , and oxymetholone , as well as drostanolone propionate , metenolone (methylandrostenolone), and fluoxymesterone . [1] Dihydrotestosterone (DHT; androstanolone, stanolone) and its esters are also notable, although they are not widely used in medicine. [54] Boldenone undecylenate and trenbolone acetate are used in veterinary medicine . [1]
